The 24th IEEE International Symposium on Software Reliability Engineering

Picture with Prof. Barry Boehm, after his keynote on Thursday.

For more than 20+ years ISSRE has grown to be recognized as the voice of software reliability. A unique element is the strong balance of academic research and industry participation.  There are several research conferences that are academically centered. And, there are several industry conferences with minimal research and academic participation. We have both - with an almost even split! This was no accident. The core leadership has targeted this goal and created programs that allow the top tier of research and industry to interact on issues of current importance. And for this achievement, our gratitude goes out to you, the participant, for helping create this unique community.

Prof. Barry BoehmBarry W. Boehm, TRW Professor of Software Engineering and Director Emeritus, Center for Software Engineering, University of Southern California. He is a member of the National Academy of Engineering, and recepient of numerous awards such as the ACM Distinguished Research Award in Software Engineering (1997), and the IEEE Harlan D. Mills Award (2000).

Four days of an intense technical program.  Around a 130 technical talks, 6 tutorials, 6 workshops, 2 keynotes.  30 Industry Papers, 46 Research Papers and 42 Workshop papers. tentative program

ISSRE - a non-profit IEEE conference, is the industry's top software reliability engineering conference. We cover software process, testing, prediction, dependability, process improvement, Agile, cloud service delivery, modeling, release management and more.

Architects, Developers, Program Managers, and QA engineers will find a program that crosses multiple industries and technologies. A must attend for those aspiring to senior levels in engineering and product or service management.
